The Hibernian Foundation (f/k/a AOH Charitable Gift Corp.) was formed pursuant to §402 of the New York State Not-for-Profit Corporation Law. The Corporation was formed to raise funds for worthy causes including, but not limited to Project Children—The Kruise for Kids, The 69th Infantry Family Support Group and The Frank T. Carvill Memorial Scholarship Fund.

The Corporation is exempt from Federal Income Tax pursuant to Internal Revenue Code §501(c)(3). The Corporation exists as a public charity under §170(b)(1)(A)(vi) of the Internal Revenue Code.
