On Friday, November 14th 2008 The Hibernian Foundation & Ancient Order of Hibernians Division 7—New York County will be hosting the 2008 Frank T. Carvill Hibernian of the Year Dinner aboard the Spirit of New York honoring Thomas Slattery for his contributions to the Ancient Order of Hibernians.
